Follow the "List Now" link and simply enter the information about your home using the "Information About My Home" link. You will need to purchase a lockbox and enter your lockbox and showing information using the "Showing Information" link, and make your deposit via Paypal. You may complete all items at once, or submit each section separately at your convenience.

Upon completion and submission of all requested information an email with a link to the listing agreement along with any necessary disclosures required by law will be sent for you to digitally sign and we will review the information provided by you including your target asking price and make any recommendations as to how to improve your listing if necessary.

An email will be sent with a list of comparable homes that have sold or are currently for sale in your area along with recommendations as to a price range to sell your home-many homeowners have already researched the market activity in their neighborhood and changes are unnecessary. You always have full control setting the price of your home as well as what commission you are offering to a Buyers Agent.

You will be contacted to schedule a photography session and photos are usually ready to view the next business day after your appointment.

Once notified of your signature on the listing agreement and photos have been received, your homes listing will be published on the local MLS and on all the websites that The MLS shares their listings. Your home will be listed on every real estate website that uses IDX - Information Data Exchange. Most real estate companies and real estate agents personal websites use this exchange so your homes listing will be available to buyers regardless of what agent/company website they are using. A copy of your homes listing will be emailed to you for review.

You will be contacted by the showing service when verified agents and their buyers would like to view your home.

Offers from buyers will be reviewed, then forwarded to you for your review and acceptance. If the buyers are getting financing, their lenders will be contacted to verify loan qualification. If they will be using cash, funds will be verified. The results of this research will be communicated to you so you can make an informed decision.

You will be informed of the progress of the sale with weekly updates as well as instant updates should they become necessary.

Any closing paperwork and final figures will be prepared by a Title Company, reviewed and emailed to you for your approval prior to closing.

Closing will take place at a local Title Company on a date and time approved by you.
