OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Homescapes Real estate we believe homeowners should have a choice when it comes time to sell their home. Homeowners currently are faced with few options to sell their home. They can list with a "full price, full service" Real estate agent and pay them around 5-7 percent of the sales price or try to sell "by owner" which many time ends with the owner listing their home with an agent because of lack of exposure, screened & qualified buyers, contract issues, and the time involved with selling a home. Low cost "Limited Service Agents will put the home in the MLS, but many times charge extra for any contracts, counterproposals, amendments, and disclosures necessary to complete the sale, some don't provide the extra service at all leaving the homeowner "to fend for themselves" for the remainder of the sale.
By working together we offer homeowners an alternative to the high cost of a full service agent or the headaches of a for sale by owner / Limited Service Agent by providing a full service real estate listing service in the areas of the transaction that matter most at an affordable flat rate.
